Message	It's likely most members wouldn't hesitate to buy from member Alan(MD/NJ) because they know what great lengths he'll go to put up with a displeased customer and to try to make right the situation. I personally wouldn't hesitate to do business with the man. It's also likely that nobody will ever conduct business with member 600rr, because most people don't want to put up with whiney kids whence conducting business. Case closed.
